1. Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of SuperSpeech software and related services provided by Wolfy Tech LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By purchasing, downloading, or using SuperSpeech, you agree to these Terms.
2. License
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use SuperSpeech on the number of devices permitted by your license plan:
- Monthly — 1 device
- Yearly — 2 devices
- Lifetime — 3 devices
You may deactivate a device at any time to free up a license slot and activate SuperSpeech on a different device. The license is for personal or professional use and may not be sublicensed, resold, or shared with third parties.
3. Subscriptions and Billing
Monthly and yearly plans are billed on a recurring basis through Stripe. Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account page or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Lifetime licenses are a one-time purchase with no recurring charges. Once activated, the license is valid indefinitely.
4. Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all plans. If SuperSpeech does not meet your needs, contact us at [email protected] within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, no questions asked.
5. Acceptable Use
You may use SuperSpeech for lawful personal and professional dictation and transcription purposes. You may not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
- Circumvent license activation or device limits
- Use the software for surveillance or recording without consent
- Redistribute or resell the software or license keys
6. Accuracy Disclaimer
SuperSpeech uses machine learning models for speech recognition. While we strive for high accuracy, no speech recognition system is perfect. Transcription results may contain errors, especially with background noise, accents, or specialized vocabulary. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all transcribed content before using it in professional or legal contexts.
7. Privacy
Your privacy is fundamental to SuperSpeech. All audio processing happens on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or store your audio recordings or transcribed text. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Wolfy Tech LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of SuperSpeech. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your license in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Updates
We may release updates to SuperSpeech that include bug fixes, performance improvements, and new features. Updates are provided at no additional cost during your license period. We reserve the right to modify features in future versions.
10. Termination
We may terminate your license if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you must stop using SuperSpeech and delete all copies. Sections 6, 7, 8, and 11 survive termination.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New Mexico.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the application. Continued use of SuperSpeech after changes constitutes acceptance.
